We are STUDYO Architecture
Studyo architecture was established in 2006 by Architect Yaal Zuaretz and Architect Itai Fidel, both holding a M.Arch. degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. The firm has gained a lot of experience working with public authorities, including preparing city outline plans as well as working with the different authorities on acquiring plan approvals and permits. Our designs are unique and modern, combining quality and functional planning, in order to realize the purposes of the clients or of the project’s entrepreneurs. The firm consists of 9 architects and practical engineers, and cooperates with other architecture firms.
our PROCESS
Initial Consultation
Examining the wishes and purposes of the client in accordance with the implementations options for the lot or space in question.
Design Concept
The firm works with the client and creates plan sketches, while formulating a design and plan concept.
Construction
The project is presented to the relevant authorities, and following an approval they will start working on acquiring a building permit.
Final Walk-Trough
The firm will work in parallel on formulating a work plan process, which will speed up the building process once a permit is given, and will supply high architectural supervision along all steps of construction.
