We are looking for a building designer with 5-10 years of experience who, through planning and management of exciting projects, will help develop and build a strong and creative design studio with a focus on sustainability and the green transition.

At Nordic Office of Architecture, you will be part of a dynamic and lively everyday life with high professionalism, versatile tasks and a good mood in a fantastic team of skilled building designers and architects. You will get to work with professionally challenging and exciting projects in a leading role as project manager and possibly project manager. You will have the opportunity to lift the visions for good and strong architecture in the form of healthy, functional and sustainable buildings. You will help shape the exciting development that we are involved in, and have plenty of opportunities to develop your own professionalism and role.

We work with a wide range of projects distributed across the country. These are often larger projects and development tasks within the areas of housing, institutions, schools and businesses. We have many regular customers - Good cooperation is very important to us. In addition, our employees are our most important asset and we look after them.

We offer a position in a creative environment where you have both great freedom and great influence on your own and the design studio's development. We are a design studio with a focus on the close, on community and good togetherness.

Qualifications

You are a trained building designer and have at least 5 years of experience in a design studio. You have experience with project planning and courage or experience with managing your own affairs. You are structured and you take pride in managing time, finances and resources. You are open and curious and insists on developing your professionalism on an ongoing basis. You are good at communicating with all actors in the development of a project. You are an experienced Revit user and would like to have an interest in ICT. You would like to have experience in preparing descriptions.
